
Dr. Mowbray has been a Board Certified dermatologist since 1986 and has over 20 years experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases. He manages both common and rare skin disorders in patients from all age groups.
Dr. Mowbray takes a special interest in LASER surgery, Sclerotherapy, Skin Cancer and Skin Rejuvenation Techniques.
Dr. Mowbray is Board Certified by the American Academy of Dermatology, and also passed his dermatology speciality exams in Canada, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1986.
Dr. Mowbray received his residency training in dermatology between 1983 and 1986 at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago after attending four years of medical school at the University of Toronto between 1978 and 1982. He completed his year of internship in Internal Medicine in Toronto, at Women’s College Hospital in 1983.
Dr. Mowbray practiced dermatology for six years near the city of Toronto, but in 1992, he moved to Arizona, where he practiced in Phoenix until moving his solo dermatology practice to Scottsdale in 1995.
Dr. Mowbray is on the medical staff of Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn.

- Warts – specializing in the treatment of hand and foot warts and also HPV genital warts.

- Eczema – diagnosis and management of all forms of dermatitis.
- Facial and body acne – evaluate and manage of all types of acne, as present in both teenagers and adults.
- Management of all skin diseases – including hair and nail disorders.
